Your request and the initial assessment are free and non-binding. We discuss any costs of further collaboration transparently in advance.
Does a request commit me to anything?+
No. A request is completely non-binding. You decide at every step whether and how to proceed.
Which products do you source?+
We focus on packaging & print, textile & private label, HoReCa supplies and promotional products. We assess other B2B products via our controlled general request option.
Which products do you rather not source?+
We deliberately focus on low-complaint products. Machinery, refrigeration technology, large technical equipment or assembly-intensive custom builds are not part of our focus.
How quickly do I get a response?+
We usually get back to you within 1–2 business days with an initial assessment.
In which language can I send a request?+
German, English or Turkish – you choose your preferred language and we respond accordingly.
Are there minimum order quantities?+
It depends on the product and manufacturer. State your desired quantity and we will check what is realistically feasible.
